The role is central to ensuring our finance systems are robust, efficient, and fully integrated with Salesforce and our internal Project and Inventory Management System (DIAS, built on Microsoft Power Apps).
From documenting workflows and governance, to writing user stories, managing QA testing, and supporting Finance at month-end, you will play a key role in ensuring Business Central underpins effective financial management.
You will also help Finance adopt more efficient ways of working, providing training and guidance on system changes and coordinating smooth rollouts.
As a Business Analyst at Climate Impact Partners, you’ll ensure our finance and inventory systems deliver the accuracy and efficiency clients rely on. This work is essential to enabling their sustainability and ESG commitments, and to our wider mission of reducing 1 billion tCO₂e, improving lives, and restoring a thriving planet.

About Climate Impact Partners
Climate Impact Partners delivers solutions for action on climate. Together with the world’s leading companies and quality project partners we will reduce 1 billion tonnes of CO2 to transform the global economy, improve health and livelihoods, and restore a thriving planet.
Climate Impact Partners builds on the expertise, integrity, and innovation of two companies that have led the voluntary carbon market, Natural Capital Partners and Climate Care. Fueled by a relentless drive for rapid action and results, our global team continues to pioneer the market’s development, and set the standards for quality that will maximize its impact.
What we do
We believe that carbon markets have a critical role to play in delivering action by putting a price on carbon and funding carbon reduction projects to meet our global climate goals.
We develop and deliver the highest quality carbon financed projects from which we create carbon credit and energy attribute certificate portfolios for our clients. This enables organizations to offset the emissions they can’t reduce, put a price on carbon to incentivize change, and meet their ambitious climate goals.
Who we work with
We work with leading corporates, NGOs, and governments to deliver solutions for climate impact, ensuring they meet their carbon neutral, net zero, and renewable energy goals.
